- ¼ Cup Spinach, frozen or steamed and cooled
- ¼ Cup Cucumber, sliced
- ¼ Medium Avocado
- 1 Cup Blueberries, frozen
- 1 Banana
- 2 Dates, pitted (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds or Nut Butter (optional)
- 3 Ice Cubes *
- 1 Cup Water, filtered
Add all ingredients to your Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
