Avocado Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Jerusalem Artichokes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 Stalk Celery, diced
- ½ Yellow Onion, diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 Cup Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
- ½ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- To Taste Sea Salt
- To Taste Ground Black Pepper
In a medium sauté pan, add oil on medium heat. Add Jerusalem artichokes and sauté for about 6 minutes, or until they start to soften.
Add celery and onion and sauté for an additional 4 minutes.
Add garlic and sauté for 2 more minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from the heat and allow hot ingredients to cool completely before adding to your Nutribullet Rx Soup Pitcher.
