Directions

  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
  • In your Short Cup, add all of the ingredients minus the baking powder. Blend until completely smooth.
  • Mix in the baking powder into the batter, but do not blend in your NutriBullet. The longer the batter sits, the thicker it gets, so don't let it sit for too long.
  • Scoop desired size of pancake batter onto the skillet and cook until the edges are dry. Flip and cook the other side.
  • Serve with fresh fruit, whipped cream, chocolate chips, and/or pure maple syrup.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Never blend carbonated liquids or effervescing ingredients, such as baking soda, baking powder, yeast, etc., in your NutriBullet or Magic Bullet.

Comments
Oats contain gluten and many baking powders contain gluten. It's odd that you would title them gluten free pancakes.
