- 2 Tablespoons Plain Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- ½ Cup Coffee, cooled
For the coffee ice cubes, brew your favorite coffee and cool it. We recommend using an ice cube tray that makes large cubed pieces that are made for cocktails. Those will give you the best looking ice cubes. Freeze overnight.
Place all ingredients except for the ice cubes into your Magic Bullet Blender Cup and blend until smooth.
Put about 2 ice cubes into a glass, and pour over the pumpkin spice mixture over it. The ice cubes will melt coffee into your drink over time!
If you don’t want to make the fancy ice cubes, feel free to swap ½ cup of the almond milk for brewed and cooled coffee instead!
