For a real sundae experience, top off your parfait with a raw, vegan whipped topping! Our favorites are coconut cashew whipped “cream”, made with a cup of cashews that have been soaked overnight, ¼ cup of coconut water, ¼ cup of coconut oil, and a teaspoon of vanilla.
