No, as far as I've read, you need to let the ingredients cool down before you extract and heat (if using rx model)

Question: do you use beets or beet greens? The pictures show one thing and the ingredient list says another.

Love this soup! I added a few chilli flakes to mine, tasted amazing.
Mine came out green looking..... I used kale instead of spinach
love this recipe, it was really cold out side, nice and healthy hot soup,did not have to worry about sodium or sugar
