- 2 Frozen Peaches, chopped with peels kept on
- 1 Date (optional)
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Thaw the frozen peaches for about 15 minutes.
