Confused with directions, says *Add all ingredients to your Short Cup and then Directions Add all solid ingredients into tall cup Please explain.

what can i use instead of spinach(whichi love)but just been told i have high uric acid,and dont use spinach,also cant get almond milk here in Spain,can i use semi skimmed milk.

I tried this yesterday and it was amazing. I didn't have coconut milk so I added coconut and used 1 cup of almond milk. I used regular cinnamon because that was what I had on hand. It was very yummy and filling.
