Try it with hemp seeds, which are an excellent plant-based source of protein and omega-3s. Drink this hemp milk by itself, use it in your coffee and, of course, add it to a smoothie!
- ½ Cup Hemp Seeds
Vanilla Bean Powder or Alcohol-Free Vanilla Extract
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt (optional)
- 1 ½ Cups Filtered Water
Add all ingredients to your Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
