The Honey Lemon Ginger Smoothie taste is delightful! The recipe makes two serves. What is the serving size per day? I am off to the store for more Greek Yogurt!!

If you are using this as a meal replacement, you could potentially use it as a meal replacement however, it is too high in sugar. It is best served as a snack option for either a workout option or in between meals.

This taste great! One thing I would add is to put the honey in after the ice and yogurt. That way it doesn't settle to the bottom and is sure to get well mixed.
