- 1 Cup Spinach
- 3 Chunks Pineapple, 1 inch each
- ½ Banana
- 5 Cherries, pitted
- 1 Tablespoon Walnuts
- 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Wheatgrass Powder
- 1 ½ Cups Green Tea, brewed and cooled
Add all ingredients to your Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
