Directions

  • For the red layer, blend 1/4 of almond milk, 2 TB of Greek yogurt, 1/4 of a frozen banana, and raspberries, and set aside.
  • For the orange-yellow layer, blend 1/4 of almond milk, 2 TB of Greek yogurt, 1/4 of a frozen banana, and mango, and set aside.
  • For the green layer, blend 1/4 of almond milk, 2 TB of Greek yogurt, 1/4 of a frozen banana, spinach, avocado, and ice cubes, and set aside.
  • For the blue layer, blend 1/4 of almond milk, 2 TB of Greek yogurt, 1/4 of a frozen banana, and the blue food coloring, and set aside.
  • For the light purple layer, blend 1/4 of almond milk, 2 TB of Greek yogurt, 1/4 of a frozen banana, and blackberries, and set aside.
  • For the dark purple layer, blend 1/4 of almond milk, 2 TB of Greek yogurt, 1/4 of a frozen banana, and blueberries, and set aside.
  • Carefully pour the smoothie layers on top of each other one at a time in the following order: dark purple, light purple, blue, green, orange-yellow, then red last.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • If using fresh fruit, add ΒΌ cup of ice (~4-5 ice cubes) to each layer.
