If you usually drink your morning matcha, try adding it to healthy pancakes! Made with minimal ingredients, these pancakes have a hint of green, but pack on flavor and additional nutrient benefits! - 1 Medium Banana
- 1 Tablespoon Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- ⅛ Teaspoon Sea Salt
Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Add all ingredients to the Tall Cup and blend until smooth.
In a non-stick pan on medium heat, spray pan with non-stick cooking spray, and use a 1/3-cup measuring cup to portion out pancake batter.
Cook on each side until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Top with some fresh berries, and more maple syrup.
