This is amazing - be careful - easy to overfill bullet - but tastes delicious. I also added some LSA.

When adding oranges to any Nutriblast, are we supposed to include the peel but just cut up into manageable pieces?

Rule is any peel you would not normally eat you should peel. oranges, lemons, limes, bananas and avocados grapefruits etc.

have you tried cashew milk it is not the same as regular milk.you can also try just adding almonds and then adding water and at least you would be getting the protein from the almonds instead of the milk.

Is it best to use flavored or plain whey protein in your drinks?
Depends on what other ingredients you will be using. I would suggest starting off with plain, you will be able to combine it with any recipe and will get the added benefits of higher protein and increased satiety.
