This was good , I didn't have a beet but used a little Naked juice smoothie w/beet juice in it. Also added a little flax seed and hemp hearts and not a whole TBls of pb not too sweet :-)
Can I use the 1/2 beet raw and just peel it? Do I have to steam it?
