You are aware that peanuts are not actually a nut, right? They're also not particularly good for us. They are in the bean family, and grow underground. Peanuts are high in not-so-good fats, and many people harbor an allergy to them. A better suggestion would be the healthier Almond Butter, that also goes with the almond milk in this recipe =)
