Protein Punch Blast

protein smoothie recipe nutribullet

Deliciously sweet and packed with protein, this Blast is everything you could want in a pre or post-workout drink!

Scared of adding peas to your smoothie? Peas are one of the most overlooked plant-based protein sources and are deceptively sweet - add just a little at a time and see; you might even enjoy your Blast more than before. The taste of bananas and cherries also do a great job of adding extra sweetness to the Blast. Give it a try and add this healthy protein boost to your daily regimen!

My favorite is spinach, blueberries, green tea macha, hemp seeds, 1 scoop of Vega protein mix, and unsweetened almond milk.

I used frozen peas. I've been Nutriblasting for a week now and this is one of my favourite veggie one. Though replaced the walnuts for a seed mix, had no cherries so used frozen grapes, and I don't use protein powder, had no spinach so used kale.

Are the peas fresh, frozen or cooked or can be any of the aforementioned? What state works best for this recipe?
