  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a NutriBullet blender or food processor, pulse together the almond flour, matcha powder, salt and baking soda.
  • Next, mix in the melted ghee, agave and vanilla until the dough starts to come together.
  • Use a cookie scoop or a spoon to make about 1 tablespoon sized balls and add them to a lined baking sheet.
  • Press into the center of each ball with your thumb to make it a slightly round shape.
  • Bake in the oven for 9 to 10 minutes.
  • Take them out and let them cool on the baking sheet.
  • For best results, let them cool in the refrigerator for one hour. While this is happening, take a small bowl and mix the remaining ingredients to make the frosting. After one hour has passed, frost the cookies and dust with pumpkin pie spice.
