This is just awesome! I just made it and love it! @kjay632, I peeled banana and used canned pumpkin and pineapple. I also replaced the spices with literal Pumpkin Pie spice (1 tsp)and used coconut milk since I didn't have almond milk, and added two pks of Stevia powder. This is a definite "will make again" recipe! :)

would I peel the fruit or leave it on? veggies?

Some you have to peel and some you do not there is a list they supply that tells you what you need to do with each fruit.
