I cannot think of a better way to treat yourself and your body than with a delectable dessert that is loaded with fiber, vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants, and gooey chocolate frosting! Rich, decadent, and guilt-free, these brownies are sure to please and a breeze to make!
- 2 Cups Medjool Dates, pitted
- 6 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
- 1 Cup Pecans
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- ½ Teaspoon Sea Salt
- ¼ Cup Cacao Powder
- ¼ Cup Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut or Avocado Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the dates, pecans, 6 tablespoons of cacao powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 to 3 tablespoons of water, and sea salt into the NutriBullet Tall Cup and blend until slightly lumpy.
Press this mixture evenly into the parchment paper-lined baking sheet. You can place baking sheet into the freezer while you make the frosting, just to firm things up a bit, but it’s not necessary.
Next, clean your Tall Cup and place the remaining ingredients into the cup. Blend until smooth and spread evenly over the brownie mixture.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours for best brownie-like consistency.
