Doesn't green tea do the opposite than make you sleepy?

Most of the research on tart cherry juice and sleep test about 8-16 oz a day. That wouldn't make for a very tasty Blast...talk about tart! So, we've included cherries (which are easier to find in the store) along with additional sleep-promoting ingredients for a well rounded, tasty Blast recipe! Please note that these recipes are simply made with ingredients that have been shown to benefit certain conditions or issues. http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/study-tart-cherry-juice-increases-sleep-time-in-adults-with-insomnia-257037251.html http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3133468/

I would like to see a picture or video of how this smoothie looks extracted in the nutribullet with all the ingredients you mentioned.
Raw oats are hard on my stomach. I'd soak them in the green tea for a bit before I blended it together.
