Why does the title and picture not go with the recipe? Say strawberry banana oatmeal but ingredients are vinager, peanut butter and a orange.

When I don't have the SuperGreen powder, I take spurilina capsules that are sold at my health food market. Maybe this would be more readily available in your area is you are outside the US.

definitely one of my favourites. used frozen banana to make it a little thicker and colder. very filling and curbs the hunger with no need for a morning snack. Definitely a new morning staple for. e

This is one of my favorites! I like all of my Blasts cold so I freeze most of my fruits after cleaning and cutting in smaller pieces if not berries. Zap frozen fruit in microwave about 20 seconds before using so fruit isn't rock hard. I throw in a handful of nuts in about everything for added flavor and I just love nuts. I've never tried the Supergreens in anything. Blasts taste great without it but I guess not as nutritional. Enjoy!
1/2 cup of oats, is this half the tall cup as a measurement?
Wondering about the nutritional value if it's made exactly as original post. Calories, protein, fat, fiber and carbs thanks! :)
Can I use water instead of almond milk?? is it ok if i don't use the super food super greens?

I would use skim (fat free) milk if you don't have almond milk unless you're staying away from dairy. Haven't tried water but would think it okay, just not as creamy. I never use the supergreens in any recipes. Doesn't affect flavor much if any. Just makes it more nutritious I I think.

Can this be made the evening before and kept in the fridge overnight? I often have early starts in the morning and don't have time to make a decent breakfast.

Assemble the ingredients the night before. Once you throw the ingredients into the Nutribullet, it takes only 30 seconds! You can just take it with you, and drink it on the go!

I tried this yesterday and to me it tasted pretty good kept me full the whole morning until lunch time and no snack in between. I always have my mind set to "it's healthy for you and it will do you good" so I overpass the color of the Smoothies.
OMG this is soooo fricking delicious..of course its green like everything else because of the spinach but I made the recipe exactly as listed above with the only change being i used vanilla almond milk just because I ran out of plain and used 2 dashes of cinnamon because I love it..def getting put on my fav list

Tried this for the first time today. I agree with the other folks that it's definitely not pink and also not the best tasting either. But it is filling, likely because of the oats. Might be slightly better with a hint of sweetness.

Are the "Ingredients" for the "TALL CUP" in this Recipe?
Can I use Superfood Superboost or Super Energy in place of Super Greens? Can I add 1 oz of plain organic Whey Protein powder to the mix as well as a handful of walnuts or almonds?
You can use it in place of the greens, but it will not give you the same health benefits. An additional scoop of whey protein would be a great way to increase the protein content of your Blast!

I tried this again, and as I said before when I tried it "it was awful!! Please recheck recipe. Besides being very green, not strawberry color, I thought too much supergreens with 1tablespoon and a handful of spinach." Well, today I made it with just 1 teaspoon of supergreens rather than 1 tablespoon and it tasted much better but still is a yucky green color.

About how many calories is this? Is it one serving or two?
About 458, I would suggest using 1/4 cup of oats which would bring the calorie count down to 308. This would be one serving.

Yeah I don't cook the oats and the smoothie is just chunks of oats to eat... it's well blended...

Hello, I can never never drink a full is the most is this ok?? will I still get the benefits..and all my drinks come out green(looking for something red or pink) also Iv tried some of the nite drinks for sleep is drinking late 10p ok? thanks
You will still get a lot of benefits! I would suggest using the short cup, that may decrease the amount so at least you can finish your entire Blast and don't have to throw anything away. If you are going to have the Blast before bedtime, I would suggest having it 2-3 hours before you go to sleep.

When I made mine, I did not cook the oatmeal. It turned out fine. It is very filling though and thickens over time (if not consumed within a reasonable amount of time). Other users have soaked their oats prior to blending in order to soften them. Hope this helps.

I soak my oats overnight in almond milk in the fridge...that keeps them raw with the nutrients in tact. They will be perfectly softened for your morning smoothie!!
