Just made another one .{Small cup 1-2 hand fulls spinach. 1/2c. or less of small frozen peas. 1T milled chia seeds. little of avaco.-1/4 slice. little slice of orange and little bit of peeled orange peel. 1scoop of added extra fiber.{Get at health store. Now blend and enjoy. Ps. You can add mint and basil.

I made this and it was very good.{My own} Big hand fulls spinach,@hand full frozen sweet peas, 1T.ground flax seed,1 frozen banana, and I used fiber tastic{For extra fiber{I got at health store.Used cold water enough for it to blend. Came out a pretty green and so smooth .. I bet just a hand full or less in other green drinks would be great too.One way to cut out on useing so manyfruits.
